I was thinking to myself last nite after dying in a scrim and hearing the famous "There`s one behind you" comment to late as always to save me, should we use ventrillo or teamspeak for performance in scrims>?? i personally have used both anyways, but am unsure as to the pro`s and con`s of both platforms, so voice your opinions here.
Vent, less lagg and u actucaly sound like you should, unlike TS lol. As ging3r says, voice activation is awful lol. Ts looks better but i guess thats not important when ur in game lol
Yeah I agree there is definitely a problem with the lag on TS. You can be talking and when someone (usually rob) has you on speakers, you can hear yourself talking and its a good second behind. In gaming terms that can be the difference between winning and losing a match. I've only used Vent once myself and didn't like the interface as much but the most important part for me is performance. Maybe a trial would be worth while?
